Discussion of Bodybuilding and Bodybuilding Equipment
Bodybuilding Equipment
Keeping fit is perhaps the most important goal for any individual. Because at the philosophical level, why do we take birth - to live a long life and have kids so that the human race can progress. This is the basic! All other activities are secondary. And to live a long life, what do we need? We need to stay fit - bodybuilding and fitness equipment can help us in staying fit.
Health consciousness is increasing every single day, across communities, and across the world. That is why you will come across gyms almost everywhere in the US. Many of these gyms have the latest bodybuilding equipment and trainers who are eager to show you how they work and can benefit you. But before you start off, you need to set your goals and do some careful planning. Different workout programs fit different people. Your plan will be formulated based on your sex, age, health condition and goals. For example, an intense bodybuilding program may be suitable for healthy adults, but not for teens. Programs are also likely to be different for men and women.
Here are a few bodybuilding exercises for various parts of your body. A good gym should have specific equipment for each part and exercise.
- Shoulders: Dumbbell lateral, Dumbbell front, Upright rows and Behind the neck.
- Chest: Bench press machine, Incline press machine, Dumbbell fly and Pullover.
- Back: Bent over row machine, Dead lift machine and Chin ups.
- Arms: Straight bar curls, Dumbbell curls, Cable curls, Close grip press machine and Tricep extension equipment.
- Legs: Leg extension machine, leg curl, calf raise machine, back and front squat.
- Abs: Leg raise and Dumbbell side bending equipment.
Never use bodybuilding equipment 7 days a week. It is not possible. Bodybuilding is hard work and needs and lot of resting and eating. Your schedule should be anything between 1-5 days a week, based on your progress and needs. If you are using bodybuilding equipment, you must also change your workout schedule from time to time to prevent your body from becoming used to your routine.
