Always ensure that when you are exercising, you should start off with warm ups and also do a few stretches before ending up.

To stay healthy also avoid using tobacco products. Try not to breathe second-hand cigarette smoke as well. Passive smoking is unhealthy as well. Try to limit your alcohol intake.
