Nutrition

Eating nutritional and well balanced meals play an important role in a healthy and active life style while it goes a long way towards senior fitness. Fish, poultry and eggs are considered good sources of protein while nuts give protein, fat and fiber - vital for senior fitness. Dairy products like cheese, yogurt boosts vitamin D which in turn takes care of your bone density that starts degenerating with age.
